What Is Your Warranty Policy?

AHNU® provides a manufacturer's limited warranty against defective materials and workmanship for one year from the date of purchase. This warranty only applies to authentic products purchased directly from AHNU.com, or from an authorized AHNU® retailer.

We strongly encourage you to include a copy of your proof of purchase to confirm the product is within one year of the purchase date to be eligible under our warranty policy. If you do not include your proof of purchase, your product will be evaluated by its manufacturing date.

The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, water damage, or variations in color. For products containing suede or other natural materials, it should be noted that the absorption of color dye may vary slightly within various areas of the product, and from product to product. Additionally, these materials are not intended to get wet: exposure to moisture can permanently damage the materials.

Please note that AHNU® does not perform repairs.

• Items Purchased from Our Website:
• Select Exchange or Return an Item.
• If found eligible under our warranty policy, you will be issued a refund to the original form of payment on the order to replace the item at your convenience.
• Items Purchased from Authorized Retailers:
• If you originally purchased the item from an authorized retailer, please select Return an Item Not Purchased from AHNU.com.
• If your product is found eligible under our warranty policy, you will receive a credit for the value of the affected item to replace it with an item through our website.

Please note: Items purchased from authorized retailers are not eligible for complimentary return shipping to our facilities. We strongly encourage the use of traceable shipping methods if you are returning an item to us that was originally purchased at an authorized retailer. Please be sure to retain your tracking number for reference; if there is an issue with your return processing, our Customer Care team will require the return tracking number to assist.

NOTE: Without proof of purchase, warranty evaluations will be considered based on the manufacturing date of the product.

If your product is found eligible under our warranty policy, you will receive a credit for the value of the affected item to replace it with an item through our website.

Please note: Items given as gifts after 30 days of original purchase date are not eligible for complimentary return shipping to our facilities. We strongly encourage the use of traceable shipping methods if you are returning an item to us that was received as a gift. Please be sure to retain your tracking number for reference; if there is an issue with your return processing, our customer care team will require the return tracking number to assist.

What Is Considered a Manufacturer Defect?

Manufacturer defects apply to defective materials and workmanship. Items not covered under our warranty include: Products over 1-year-old from the date of purchase, general wear and tear, or discoloration from water damage.

My Product Was Purchased Over a Year Ago. Can I Return It?

Our warranty policy covers manufacturer defects for up to one year from the date of purchase. Unfortunately, if your product is more than a year old, it is not covered by the warranty. It will be returned to you if you sent it in for evaluation. We hope you find it in your heart to understand this policy and then to donate the shoes. You’re a good human.

What Happens If My Warranty Return Is Not Accepted?

If your product does not meet the criteria to be eligible under our warranty policy or it is over a year old, it will be returned to you in the condition it was sent to us, with a notice explaining why it was not accepted.
